Crafted in small batches, this exceptional honey brings together two iconic Scottish traditions: wild heather honey from the moorlands and sherry-matured Highland whisky from one of Scotland’s most respected distilleries.

Our finest Scottish Heather Honey is harvested in late summer when the heather is in full bloom, giving it a deep amber colour, intense aroma, and bold, malty flavour. This natural richness is carefully complemented by The Glendronach’s 12 year old Single Malt Whisky, matured in Spanish sherry casks at the distillery in Forgue, near Huntly. The result is a beautifully balanced honey with subtle notes of dried fruit, oak, spice, and a gentle warmth from the whisky.

The whisky is delicately blended to enhance the character of the honey rather than overpower it, allowing the natural complexity of both ingredients to shine. Smooth yet robust, this honey is perfect for drizzling over porridge, pairing with strong cheeses, glazing meats, or enjoying by the spoonful as a truly indulgent treat.
