Harvested from the wild heather moorlands of Scotland, our Scottish Heather Honey is a true expression of the landscape it comes from.

Nature’s Concentrated Sugar: Honey is nearly 80% sugar and naturally contains antioxidants, enzymes, and pollen — giving it its distinctive flavour and healthful properties.

Collected in late summer when the hills bloom purple, this rare honey is prized for its deep amber colour, rich aroma, and distinctive, full-bodied flavour.

Unlike lighter blossom honeys, heather honey is intensely malty and complex, with subtle notes of caramel and a lingering, slightly bitter finish. Its naturally thick, jelly-like texture comes from the heather flower itself, making it one of the most characterful honeys in the world.

Our bees forage freely across remote Scottish moors in Aberdeenshire, Royal Deeside and the Angus Glens, far from intensive agriculture, producing honey that is raw, unblended, and minimally filtered to preserve its natural enzymes, pollen, and flavour. Each jar captures a single season and a single place—pure, untamed, and unmistakably Scottish.

Perfect drizzled over porridge, paired with strong cheeses, or enjoyed by the spoonful, Scottish Heather Honey is a rare taste of Scotland’s wild heart.

Please note: Store at room temperature. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age.
